Mr Liu founded MNT (MEINAITE) in 2010 and has led its single focus on engraving and cutting for 16 years. Under his direction the company grew into a National High-tech Enterprise and a Specialized & Sophisticated “Little Giant”, built its own 10,000 m² Hangzhou factory, an in-house R&D team and a portfolio of 8 patents plus a software copyright. His principle is simple: a machine builder earns trust by owning its own technology — and that shapes every MNT machine.
Stella looks after overseas buyers from first enquiry to after-sales. She is known for turning a rough application into the right machine configuration and a clear quote — usually within one business day — and for scheduling factory visits and coordinating support.
Alina guides export buyers through machine selection, sample cutting and shipping, keeping projects moving with fast, honest answers. Buyers value her follow-through — she treats a single sample-cut request as seriously as a full-line order.
Mr Hu specs tool heads, cutting parameters and CCD setups for each customer’s material, and runs the pre-shipment cutting tests. When a buyer sends a sample, he is the one who dials in the settings that make it cut clean, scorch-free and to size.
Mr Lan works on machine assembly, alignment and commissioning, and supports installation and training after delivery. His focus is simple: every machine that leaves Hangzhou should run to spec on the customer’s own floor.
Our domestic sales team serves customers across China and backs up the export side with direct access to the factory floor — keeping lead times short and configurations accurate. They’re also the team that greets buyers at expos from Shanghai to Guangzhou.
