The MNT M4020 is a large-format CNC machining center with a rack-and-pinion dual-drive moving gantry over a 4000×2000 mm table. Imported servos, ground guides and ball screws deliver ±0.025 mm positioning and ±0.01 mm repeatability at up to 60 m/min. A 9 kW air-cooled ATC spindle, 8-tool disc changer, Syntech bus control and multi-zone vacuum handle acrylic, aluminium, plastics, composites and cabinet doors.
