Final price depends on feeding and conveyor configuration, the tool modules fitted to the head, and vacuum zoning of the 3.2 m square table.
Why a 3.2 M Square Bed with a Pneumatic Knife
The MNT C3232 is the large-format model in the C-series: a 3200 × 3200 mm square bed with a pneumatic oscillating tool (POT) and an electric oscillating tool (EOT) fitted as standard. That pairing is deliberate — the POT is the tool built for sealing and gasket stock, and a 3.2 m square bed is what lets a full sheet of it be cut without seams.
Square format matters more than it sounds. Gasket and sealing sheet arrives as wide roll or large sheet, and large flange rings, tank lids and equipment seals do not nest efficiently on a narrow bed. A 3200 × 3200 mm table takes the whole piece, and belt auto-feeding keeps roll stock moving through.
Materials and thickness on the C3232
| Material | Typical thickness | Tool |
|---|---|---|
| Rubber sheet, fluororubber, silicone rubber sheet | ≤ 30 mm | POT |
| Graphite sheet, graphite composite (reinforced) sheet | ≤ 20 mm | POT |
| PTFE and filled PTFE sheet | ≤ 20 mm | POT |
| Asbestos-free jointing sheet, compressed fibre sheet | ≤ 10 mm | POT |
| Foam, honeycomb board, rigid insulation | ≤ 50 mm | EOT |
| Corrugated, grey board, KT board | ≤ 20 mm | EOT + creasing / V-cut (optional) |
| Leather, felt, technical textile, carbon fabric | ≤ 10 mm | EOT or rotary wheel (optional) |
Thickness depends on density, hardness and blade choice. Send a sample of your sheet and we return a free test cut with edge photos before you commit.
Gasket grades differ widely in hardness, filler and temperature rating, and blade selection follows the grade rather than the thickness alone. Sheet from Garlock and Klinger, and graphite from SGL Carbon, covers most of what crosses this bed; the Fluid Sealing Association publishes the material selection guidance we point customers to when a seal specification is still open.
What the C3232 Is Bought For
Gasket & Sealing Fabrication
Rubber, graphite, PTFE and compressed fibre sheet cut with the POT head. Large flange rings, tank lids and equipment seals come off one sheet with no seam and no die.
Oversized Board & Panel
Honeycomb board, rigid insulation and composite panel wider than a standard 1600 mm bed — cut whole rather than split and joined.
Industrial Textiles & Roll Goods
Wide technical textile, felt and coated fabric fed from roll with belt auto-feeding, cut continuously across the full 3.2 m width.
Insulation & Thermal Barriers
Mineral wool, rigid foam and thermal barrier sheet up to 50 mm with the EOT blade — full-size panels without a second cut.

Why Sealing Fabricators Choose the C3232
Every C-series machine can carry the same tools. The C3232 earns its place through two things: a 3.2 m square bed, and a pneumatic knife fitted as standard because that is the tool gasket stock actually needs. About MNT (MEINAITE) — who builds it and where.
POT Pneumatic Knife as Standard
- Built for sealing stock: rubber, fluororubber, silicone, graphite, PTFE, compressed fibre
- Pneumatic drive holds cutting force through dense, high-hardness sheet
- EOT electric blade fitted alongside for foam, board and textile
3.2 M Square, Not Just Long
- Large flange rings and tank seals cut from one piece — no seam, no joint
- Square format nests round and irregular parts far better than a narrow bed
- Belt auto-feeding keeps wide roll stock running continuously
No Dies, No Tooling Lead Time
- Every gasket profile comes straight from the file — one-off or batch, same cost
- A design change is a file edit, not a new steel rule die
- Camera registration for pre-printed or pre-marked sheet
CE + ISO, Free Sample Cut
- CE-marked and ISO 9001:2015 certified, built by Hangzhou Chaohan
- Send your sheet and drawing — we cut a free sample and send edge photos
- 12-month warranty, lifetime software updates, online and on-site training
What to Confirm Before You Order a C3232
Confirm these before ordering — they decide the build, not just the price:
- Sheet or roll — gasket stock arrives both ways. Roll feeding changes the conveyor and the footprint, so say which you run.
- Hardness and thickness range — POT blade selection follows Shore hardness, not just thickness. A 10 mm graphite sheet and a 10 mm 80-Shore rubber need different blades.
- Tool modules on the head — POT and EOT are standard. Adding milling, V-cut, creasing or rotary occupies further slots; list the processes you run in one job.
- Vacuum zoning — a 3.2 m square bed cutting small rings wastes suction. Tell us your typical part size so the table is zoned to match.
- Installation footprint and power — 9.5 kW total including the 7.5 kW pump, 380 V three-phase standard. Request the installation drawing early; a machine this size needs the floor plan checked before shipping.
C3232 Buyer and Technical FAQs
How Do I Choose Between the C6090, C2516T and C3232?
All C-series machines share the same cutting platform, control software and tool range — the difference is working size and which tools come fitted as standard. Any tool on the list (milling spindle, POT pneumatic, EOT electric, rotary, V-cut, kiss-cut, creasing, wheel) can be specified on any model.
| Model | Working size | Standard tool head | Typical work |
|---|---|---|---|
| C6090 | 600 × 900 / 600 × 1200 / 900 × 1200 mm | EOT + creasing | Finishing printed output from photo, UV and DTF printers |
| C2516T | 2500 × 1600 mm | EOT + drag tool + milling spindle | Full 4 × 8 ft sheet, mixed rigid and soft material |
| C3232 | 3200 × 3200 mm | POT pneumatic + EOT | Oversized sheet, gasket and sealing materials |
Choose by the sheet size you handle most often and the processes you run every day — not by worrying that a model will lack a capability. We configure the head around your job list.
What is the Difference Between the POT and EOT Tools?
Both are oscillating knives; the difference is how the blade is driven. The POT is pneumatically driven and holds cutting force through dense, high-hardness material — rubber, fluororubber, silicone, graphite and compressed fibre sheet, which is why it is the standard head on the C3232. The EOT is electrically driven, faster and quieter, and suits foam, board, leather and textile. Having both fitted means one machine covers gasket stock and general sheet work without a tool change between jobs.
What is the Maximum Sheet Size and Thickness?
The bed is 3200 × 3200 mm and cuts up to 50 mm depending on material. In practice: rubber and fluororubber to about 30 mm, graphite and PTFE to about 20 mm, compressed fibre jointing sheet to about 10 mm, and foam or honeycomb board to the full 50 mm. Hardness matters as much as thickness — send a sample for a test cut.
Can It Cut Gaskets Without a Die?
Yes — that is the point of it. Every profile is cut straight from the DXF, so a one-off flange ring costs the same per cut as a batch, and a dimension change is a file edit rather than a new steel rule die and its lead time. For fabricators quoting bespoke seals, this removes tooling cost from the quote entirely.
What Footprint and Power Supply Does It Need?
Total connected load is 9.5 kW including the 7.5 kW vacuum pump, on AC 380 V or 220 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz. The machine footprint depends on the feeding and conveyor configuration — request the installation drawing when you enquire, because a 3.2 m square bed needs the floor plan checked before shipping.
Can I Add a Milling Spindle or Other Tools Later?
Yes. The C3232 runs the same platform and tool range as the rest of the C-series, so a milling spindle, drag tool, rotary, V-cut, kiss-cut or creasing head can be specified. Each module takes a slot on the head, so it is cheaper and cleaner to plan them at order time than to retrofit — tell us the full list of processes you expect to run.
What Software Does It Run and What Files Does It Take?
MNT intelligent cutting control software with path optimisation, overcut and arc compensation, cut simulation and multi-format import. It accepts HPGL, PLT and DXF among others and connects to any CAD package, so gasket drawings go from CAD to cut without redrawing. Auto-nesting is available as an option and pays for itself quickly on expensive sealing stock.
How Long is Delivery and What Support is Included?
Machines are built to order; we confirm the schedule when quoting your configuration. Every machine includes a 12-month warranty, lifetime software updates, and training and after-sales support both online and on site.
