Keep printed marks sharp, maintain consistent lighting around the CCD camera, confirm cutter diameter compensation and inspect the water-cooled spindle system before long production runs.

Yes. The T3 is designed for print-to-cut contour cutting. It helps reduce manual alignment errors when cutting UV-printed boards, advertising panels, shaped signs, display graphics and personalized printed materials.
What Materials Can the T3 Cut?
The T3 can cut acrylic, wood, ABS, insulating board, bakelite, PVC and aluminium composite panel. With an optional knife head, it can also process KT board, foam and hollow sheet.

How is the T3 Different from the T2 Vision CNC Router?
The T3 is built for higher-speed and more continuous production. It uses a 3.0 kW water-cooled spindle and computer-based control, while the T2 is an entry-level model with an air-cooled spindle and NK105 controller.
