Final price depends on which of the three working sizes you choose, the tool modules fitted to the head, and options such as infrared tool alignment and auto-nesting software.

What the C6090 Is Built For

The MNT C6090 is the compact format in the C-series, built for shops that finish printed output rather than process full sheets. Three working sizes — 600 × 900, 600 × 1200 and 900 × 1200 mm — cover the output width of most photo, eco-solvent, UV and DTF printers, so the cutter sits directly downstream of the press instead of becoming a second bottleneck.

An aluminium honeycomb vacuum table holds thin and porous stock flat, the CCD camera reads printed registration marks for contour cutting, and belt auto-feeding lets roll work run continuously. Two universal tool modules carry an EOT oscillating blade and a UCT drag tool as standard, with pneumatic, rotary, V-cut, kiss-cut and creasing heads available.

Materials and thickness on the C6090

Material Typical thickness Tool
Self-adhesive vinyl, reflective film, sticker stock ≤ 1 mm UCT drag / kiss-cut
Photo paper, rigid PVC photo panel, synthetic paper ≤ 3 mm EOT or drag
Corrugated, cardboard, grey board, KT board ≤ 20 mm EOT + creasing / V-cut
PVC foam board, honeycomb board, rigid foam ≤ 50 mm EOT
Leather, felt, coated and technical textile ≤ 10 mm EOT or rotary wheel
Rubber, silicone, graphite gasket sheet ≤ 20 mm POT (optional)

Thickness depends on density and blade choice. Send a sample and we return a free test cut before you commit.

Print finishing standards and workflow guidance for sign and display shops are published by the International Sign Association, which is a useful reference when specifying substrates and finishing tolerances for the work this machine handles.

Standard Configuration

The C6090 ships in three working sizes — 600 × 900 mm, 600 × 1200 mm and 900 × 1200 mm — each with its own machine footprint. Same drive, table and tool head across all three. Other sizes and configurations are made to order; contact sales.

600 × 900 MM (footprint 1000 × 2000 MM)

600 × 1200 MM (1000 × 2300 MM)

900 × 1200 MM (1300 × 2300 MM)

Why Print Shops Choose the C6090

The C6090 is not a scaled-down full-sheet cutter — it is built to sit next to a printer and finish what comes off it. About MNT (MEINAITE) — who builds it and where.

What to Confirm Before You Order a C6090

Confirm these before ordering — they decide the build, not just the price:

  • Which of the three beds — 600 × 900, 600 × 1200 or 900 × 1200 mm. Match it to your printer’s output width, not to the largest sheet you might one day cut.
  • Tool modules — the head carries two universal modules. EOT plus UCT is the standard pairing; if you also need POT, rotary or V-cut in the same job, say so and we plan the head around it.
  • Infrared tool alignment — optional, worth having if operators change the EOT blade frequently.
  • Auto-nesting software — optional; pays for itself when you cut many small shapes from one printed sheet.
  • Power supply — 9.5 kW total including the 7.5 kW pump. Confirm local voltage; a transformer is available.
FAQ

C6090 — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the C6090 For?

Compact print-and-cut finishing — cutting printed output from photo and DTF printers, plus flexible films and board.

What Are the Full Specifications?

This model is being finalised — please contact us for the current specification and configuration.

Does It Pair with My Printer?

Yes — the C-series is designed to follow photo (inkjet) and DTF printers.

Can I Get Other Sizes?

Yes — other sizes and configurations are available; contact our sales team.

What is the Difference Between the C6090 and the C2516T?

Format and tooling. The C6090 is the compact machine — 600 × 900 to 900 × 1200 mm — sized to finish printed output, with an EOT blade and UCT drag tool on two universal modules. The C2516T has a 2500 × 1600 mm bed that takes a full 4 × 8 ft sheet and lists a milling spindle (800 W / 1.8 kW / 4 kW) in its specification for acrylic, ACP and MDF. Pick the C6090 if your work arrives as printed sheet or roll; pick the C2516T if you process full sheets or need milling.

How Thick Can the C6090 Cut?

Up to 50 mm depending on material and blade. Rigid foam and honeycomb board reach the full 50 mm with the EOT; corrugated and grey board run to about 20 mm with creasing and V-cut; vinyl, film and photo stock are drag- or kiss-cut under 3 mm. Density and blade choice shift these figures, so send a sample for a test cut.

Which Tools Are Standard and Which Are Optional?

The head carries two universal modules, supplied as an EOT electric oscillating tool plus a creasing tool. Optional heads include the UCT universal drag tool, POT pneumatic oscillating tool, rotary tool, V-cut, kiss-cut and wheel tool. Infrared tool alignment for the EOT, auto-nesting software, computer and power transformer are also optional.

What Power Supply and Footprint Does It Need?

AC 380 V or 220 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz, 9.5 kW total connected load including the 7.5 kW vacuum pump. Footprint depends on the bed: 1000 × 2000 mm, 1000 × 2300 mm or 1300 × 2300 mm, all 1350 mm high.
