Precision CNC Router

T5 Precision CNC Router

The MNT T5 is a precision CNC router built on an inline welded, stress-relieved bed that is finish-machined in a single setup on a gantry mill. Imported racks (X/Y) and a precision-ground ball screw (Z) drive a high-speed industrial spindle for accurate engraving, milling and cutting.

At a Glance

The MNT T5 is a precision CNC router with an inline welded, heat-treated bed machined in one setup for long-term rigidity. Imported racks on X/Y and a ground ball screw on Z feed a 5.5 kW water-cooled spindle. On a 1300×2500 mm table it engraves, mills and cuts wood, acrylic, aluminium, copper, ACP, plastics and carbon-fibre composites, working with Type3, Mastercam, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, UG and CorelDRAW.

Standard Configuration

The T5 ships in a 1300×2500 mm working area as standard. Custom sizes and spindle options are available on request.

T5-1325

Why the T5

When accuracy has to hold over years of production, it starts with how the bed is built.

Rigid, Stress-Relieved Bed

  • Welded bed, quenched and stress-relieved
  • Finish-machined in a single gantry-mill setup
  • 5-axis-machined assembly components

Precision Motion

  • Imported high-precision racks on X/Y
  • Precision-ground ball screw on Z
  • Stable, repeatable positioning

Industrial Spindle

  • High speed and constant torque
  • Low runout for fine detail
  • Built for long service life

Wide Software Support

  • G-code & PLT from major CAD/CAM
  • Type3, Mastercam, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, UG, CorelDRAW
  • Easy to slot into existing workflows

How the T5 Bed Holds Precision

Geometric accuracy in a router is decided before any part is cut — it is built into the bed. The T5 starts from an inline welded steel structure that is quenched and stress-relieved so the welding stresses are released rather than left to slowly distort the frame in service.

Only after heat treatment is the bed finish-machined in a single setup on a high-accuracy gantry mill. Machining all reference surfaces in one operation means the rails, spindle plane and table share a common datum, eliminating the stack-up errors that appear when parts are machined separately and bolted together. Assembly components are produced on 5-axis machining centres for the same reason.

Motion is carried by imported precision racks on the long X/Y axes and a precision-ground ball screw on Z, driven by servo motors. The result is a rigid, repeatable platform whose accuracy holds up under continuous sheet-processing loads.

FAQ

T5 — Frequently Asked Questions

What Can the T5 Cut and Engrave?

Wood, acrylic, aluminium, copper, aluminium composite panel, plastics and carbon-fibre composites — engraving, milling and cutting.

What Makes the T5 a 'precision' Router?

A welded, heat-treated bed finish-machined in one setup, plus imported racks and a ground ball screw, give it the rigidity and repeatability for accurate work.

Which Software Does It Work With?

It runs G-code and PLT from Type3, Mastercam, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, UG (NX), CorelDRAW and other major CAD/CAM packages.

What Spindle Does It Use?

A 5.5 kW water-cooled industrial spindle with high speed, constant torque and low runout.

What Power Supply Does It Need?

AC 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase. Other voltages may be available on request.
